Granite Peak Web Design offers custom website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2. Quotes & Payments
All project quotes are valid for 15 days.
A deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due upon completion or as agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate content, images, and information in a timely manner.
Reviewing and approving work within specified timelines.
Ensuring that all submitted materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Revisions & Approvals
We offer a limited number of design revisions depending on the service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final approval from the client is required before project launch.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom design and code remain the intellectual property of Granite Peak Web Design until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights to the completed work are transferred to the client, excluding third-party assets and frameworks.
6. Website Content
You are solely responsible for any content posted on your website. We do not monitor or assume responsibility for content once your site is launched.
7. Limitation of Liability
Granite Peak Web Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to traffic, leads, or sales.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party services (such as hosting providers or plugins). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of third-party tools.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
Granite Peak Web Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
